British Academy International Fellowships 2025 Open for Applications

The prestigious British Academy International Fellowships Programme 2025 is now open for early career researchers seeking to gain international experience and further develop their research careers.

This fellowship provides a unique opportunity for outstanding researchers to undertake high-quality, original research in collaboration with UK institutions.

Program Overview

The British Academy International Fellowships aim to support talented early career researchers in achieving independence in their research careers. Awardees are expected to focus on specific, protected research topics and contribute to innovative and impactful research.

From this year (2025) onwards, award holders will be salaried employees rather than visiting researchers, ensuring enhanced support for their research journey. The host institution for the fellowship will set the salary, and additional funding will be available for research and relocation costs.
