This role has responsibility in supporting the talent development for sales team. Following the company’s business objectives, this role should ensure service excellence to our clients and ensure the standards in professionalism. With providing Retail Training and Coaching, assure the right level of knowledge, skills and competencies. Key focus Training contents will be Brand’s history & heritage, selling techniques and product knowledge to leverage selling opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct In-house Training: Provide In-house training to the sales staffs to support the sales team delivering the Retail Excellence.
- Conduct onboarding program for newcomers according to learning path.
- To Enhance client Experience, deliver client experience training program and follow up coaching.
- Monitor mystery shopping & VOC with developing action plan with sales team.
- Regularly communicate and train the sales team on product knowledge & selling skills.
- Develop focused training sessions for special products and occasions.
Field Coaching
- Provide active field coaching & follow up coaching after deliver training.
- Having regular communication with Store manager, giving the feedback to client advisors making sure that the skills are being applied on the floor.
- Encourage & create practicing environment to Client Advisor gain confidence.
Develop programs & supporting tools
- Work with stakeholders, identifying local needs in talent development to develop training and tools.
- Continuously improve and maintain training programs by gathering participant feedback, measuring learning outcomes, researching industry best practices.
- Focus on efficiency of learning materials to ensuring learning tools are interactive and engaging.
Online learning platform
- Promote e-Learning modules to sales team for their self-learning moment to elevate brand loyalty and ensure our standards.
- Monitor the learning status and encourage team to enjoy learning opportunity.
- Working on quality elevation on learning application: Proofreading, share the feedback to Global team.
Qualifications
Required
- 5-8 years in Fashion or Luxury industry experience
- Strong communication skills and teamwork, especially ability to lead and influence sales team
- A person with proper manners and facilitation skills as trainer
- Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Fluent in English
Preferred
- Experience in a client facing role in a retail, Luxury retail experience is preferred
- Coaching or communication skill related license
- Excellence in PowerPoint designing
