Natures Aid Ltd – Seeking for Sales Coordinator – Online Key Accounts

You will be working in a small team responsible for supporting order processing and the creation of shipments for our online accounts such as Amazon, TickTok, Web orders, and other Online Key Accounts. 

The ideal candidate will have some previous admin experience in a similar role and be able to organize, administer, and plan tasks effectively with a positive can-do attitude.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Process regular weekly Amazon orders, to a high level of accuracy promptly achieving Amazon’s delivery window.
  • Process of TikTok shop orders
  • Liaise with the Planning Department regarding stock requirements to minimize loss of sales opportunities
  • Liaise with our Warehouse team regarding shipments
  • To process Website orders accurately 
  • Communicate to consumers/Key Accounts any out-of-stock issues, keeping them always informed of the status of their order. 
  • To handle all queries, requests, and complaints from consumers promptly and efficiently
  • Work towards 5* positive reviews on Trustpilot on Nature Aid Website
  • Effective Verbal & written communication with Customers 
  • Ensure customer and product files and databases are maintained and up to date 
  • General Amazon and Key Account Administration, including: uploading invoices, printing PODs, managing chargebacks, updating processes, and ensuring credits are raised when required.
  • General office admin – filing, scanning, ordering stationary, etc.

Essential

  • Experience within a similar Customer/ Sales/ Office Admin role 
  • Ability to work as part of a team, being flexible, adaptable and a positive attitude
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, in particular Outlook and good working knowledge of Excel 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability or organize, administer, plan, and prioritise tasks effectively 
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Good understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Professional, courteous, and friendly phone manner 

Desirable: 

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 
  • Experience within a Sales environment
  • Knowledge of Food Supplements/Retail, Pharmacy/Nutritional background.
