Job Description

  • Reports to The Chief Executive Officer
  • Provide sound financial advice to the CEO, executive management, and other senior management.
  • Provide an effective financial and Administrative management service to the company.
  • Act as the leading interface between management and the board on financial matters.
  • Oversees all internal control procedures, accounting procedures, and systems used by the Company.
  • Advise the finance committee on the financial implications of any major decisions.
  • Attend meetings of the board Finance and Audit committee.
  • Maintain regular liaison with the finance committee.
