Job Description
- Reports to The Chief Executive Officer
- Provide sound financial advice to the CEO, executive management, and other senior management.
- Provide an effective financial and Administrative management service to the company.
- Act as the leading interface between management and the board on financial matters.
- Oversees all internal control procedures, accounting procedures, and systems used by the Company.
- Advise the finance committee on the financial implications of any major decisions.
- Attend meetings of the board Finance and Audit committee.
- Maintain regular liaison with the finance committee.
